GS Caltex has prepared the ground for ethics management by establishing the code of ethics.We also has run the Corporate Compliance Program.
Ethics management related activities in general have been biannually reported through the Audit Committee under the board of directors and the Corporate Compliance Manager has been appointed and related report system also established according to the CEO’s corporate compliance management policy.
