If the content of your report is not specific enough or lacks evidence, it may be hard to investigate. Please attach any evidence that might help verify the facts. When reporting anonymously, please write as specifically as possible for investigation. We will answer the report as soon as possible. If the issue turns out to be false, we will not investigate further.

    GS Holdings collects the minimum personal information to explain procedures and investigate your report. If you do not want the collection and use of personal information, you can report it as 'anonymous.'

    - We collect personal information to investigate your report and to deliver the results.

    2. Personal information we collect
    - Item: Name, E-mail address, Phone number

    3. Retention and use period of personal information
    - We will destroy the personal information we collect without delay after the purpose of the use is achieved
    (We may retain personal information if necessary for further investigation or if we have another lawful basis in relevant laws or regulations.)

    You may not agree with the collection and use of personal information, and if you do not agree, you may have limited access to the use of the ethical hotline reporting system.

  • Third Party Tranfer of Personal Information
    We may share personal information with subsidiaries and service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf.

    - Recipient: GS Group Subsidiaries
    - Purpose of Transfer: Investigating your report and delivering the results
    - Personal information provided: Name, E-mail address, Phone number
    - Use and retention period: the same as Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

    Consignment of processing of personal information
    - Consignee: GS ITM
    - Consigned tasks: Operation and maintenance of the ethical hotline

    You may not agree with the collection and use of personal information, and if you do not agree, you may have limited access to the use of the ethical hotline reporting system.
